TEXT: "When I die" by Rumi
A setting for mixed choir and orchestra. The music uses as its source material the Étude in E-flat minor, op. 10 no. 6 by Frédéric Chopin, both in the orchestra and in the choir, and transforms it from a funereal dirge at the outset to an uplifting metamorphosis.
